Our mission is to provide a Christian environment in which each child can grow spiritually, emotionally, physically, and intellectually through age-appropriate activities. We are committed, in collaboration with families, to enhance each child’s character development and nurture the individual strengths and talents that allow each child to reach their potential.

Our mission is to build a strong academic and social foundation to ensure success in Kindergarten and beyond.

EDUCATION

Our educational focus is on PLAY! The major portion of each day is spent in play. Play is the work of children! During the day children spend time in large group, small group and have individual time. The educational focus of literacy is with letter recognition, listening to stories, letter formation, and understanding story elements and comprehension. In Math we focus on number concepts, sorting, patterning, sequencing, number recognition and formation, counting and cooperation. We become Scientists through exploration units on apples, pumpkins, our 5 senses, sink or float, plant life, water, and seasons. Social skills is also highlighted by learning to work cooperatively, listening skills, self-help skills, and being responsible students.

EXTRAS!

We participate in the “Essentials” by going to Gym class, Music class, and Library once a week.
